- Prohibited content includes: illegal products/services, adult content, misleading claims, and copyrighted material without permission
- Payment terms are net-30 days unless otherwise agreed
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your advertising materials
4. For Webmasters
- You must own or have permission to monetize the traffic sources
- Fraudulent traffic, bot traffic, and incentivized traffic are strictly prohibited
- Payment thresholds and schedules will be communicated upon approval
- You must comply with our quality guidelines and traffic requirements
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. User data will be handled securely and used only for platform operations and analytics.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Click fraud or artificial inflation of metrics
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- Sharing account credentials with third parties
- Reverse engineering or copying platform features
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Outstanding payments may be forfeited in case of fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
ViewTraff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
